If you are visiting with friends or family, you may either choose "Merge Tickets" to admit in group by using 1 single ticket; or "Individual Tickets" to share tickets to each member.

Children aged below 3 receive free admission with an accompanying guardian.
Local residents with "Physical disability certificate", "Medical rehabilitation handbook" or "Mental disability certificate" and one accompanying guest can enjoy half price admission. Please purchase admission tickets from the ticket counter.
Group discount is not available.

Tap your ticket (QR code) on the entry gate scanner.: If you choose "Merge Tickets" option, please do not scan your ticket unless all guests are ready to enter.
Pass through the entry gate and enjoy your visit!

Admission tickets are valid for one-time use only, re-entry is not permitted.
No replacement if the tickets are lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed or otherwise.
Tickets shall be void if resold. We shall not be liable for any void ticket.
Operation hours, exhibits and events subject to change or closure without prior notice or liability.
We shall be under no liability or responsibility for any injury, loss of any kind or any damage to any property of any person if guests refuse to obey any written or verbal instruction of the facility.
We reserve the right to deny admission of any visitor due to omission of written or verbal instructions of the facility.
Pets are not allowed in the facility. However, guide dogs, service dogs and hearing assistance dogs are welcome to enter with their owners. For safety reasons, please adhere to the guidelines while viewing the exhibits at specific area on second floor. Please ask our staff for details.
